Radical Aliveness / Core Energetics Weekend Workshops meet from 10-6 with a 90 minute break for lunch. They meet for one or two days, and water and tea is provided. Lunch is not included, and we encourage you to wear clothes you are comfortable moving around in and layers since it can be chilly at times in the room.
